Melisa has been actively working in both production and direction side of behind the camera since 2001.
 
After doing commercials she has decisively moved her way to the the film industry and worked as an AD in both Turkish and foreign films like Skyfall , Taken 2 , The International , Prisoners of the Sun , Flugten , The Rebound, One Night in Istanbul, Salve Jorge, Five Minarets in New York, Valley of the Wolves, & I Saw the Sun.

Melisa has worked in foreign countries with international film crews in Malaysia, Denmark, Sweden, Morocco, Norway, Brazil, Bulgaria and the US. Melisa has learned the international way of filmmaking in foreign markets, making her quite versatile in global environments.

A graduate of Bilkent University Banking and Finance Department, she speaks French and Arabic. Apart from cinema, her other passion is photography.
